I've done some shops for them and wish they had more!
Easy shop, generous reimbursement and shop fee, easy to communicate with and pay on time. That's a 10 in my book
For me, the only downfall has been the purchased product. As much as I liked them, I have had to return all 3 things I have bought from the shops for repairs. 2 bracelets fell apart and a ring had to have the stone reset. 6-8 weeks each time - long time for repairs but it has nothing to do with the MSC, just the client.
