I have been with them for a week and have done one job for them. I am signed up for 6 more....BUT they are impossible to get a hold of. When they called me to get me to take another job the other day, I ambushed the scheduler and tried to get my questions answered, some of them were the same as yours. Can I bring someone?, will I get reimbursed?...etc.... He did give me some answers, but nothing was done about the problems I am having with my job rate not coming up as agreed in my assignments. The scheduler that called me said they are behind on emails by about 4500 emails!!!
You can only order what is laid out in the paperowrk you can look at it 3 days before your shop. If you buy anything else you have to get a seperate receipt...(what a dead give away to ask for a seperate receipt for an extra drink or a desert for a child or guest)
You can bring a guest to a dine in, but nothing else, you can't have anyone in the car with you even for a drive thru, and if they order anything they have to get their own receipt.
There is NO way to contact them if you have a problem. They don't answer emails, and there is no contact number that I can find anywhere. (I came on this board to try to find contact info for them!)
TIP: Don't sign up for jobs until the day before, shops incresase in price the closer it gets to the date. I signed up for shops when they were all $5, now they are all $10!!!
