I have signed up with this company after hearing good reviews on here. Funny thing.. I can't figure out how to access the job board. After I sign in it gives me an open introduction about needing military base shoppers, yada-yada, and then it says to "update profile". So I do that, but it just cycles around. I thought maybe it was IE, but then I tried it in Firefox so hmm don't know. I don't know how to access job board?!? Anyone?

There isn't a job board. The schedulers will e-mail you when something is available in your area and you will e-mail them back.

Or call you. As I generally work nights, I wish they would have emailed me instead. But it's all good.

More disconcerting is, there is no Shop Log. How do you tell if your shop report and receipt has been received? I'm scratching my head here, and not because it itches.

They'll send you an email thanking you for doing the job, usually just the day after. Or they'll send an email asking for more info. I wish they had a job board, but my scheduler has been easy to work with thus far. Above average, quick pay.

I've never heard anything from them after I complete a job. The check just arrives in payment. And more e-mails come with notices of new jobs.

Does anyone know when they pay and how do they pay you? Is it through paypal, or do they send you a check? I performed a shop last month, and I have not heard anything on when I will get paid.

They send a check. I receive my checks in about 2 months.

After submitting your report, no news is good news with SS. The timing of the check varies slightly, depending upon the client. I've always been paid in less than 60 days.
