I recently signed up for the MSC and signed up for some of their cell phone shops. Well, I did not know that I would be having trouble logging in and found out through this site that it was a common issue recently because of updates.
I emailed the scheduled on Thursday to let them know that I was having issues.
Saturday comes around and I get a cancellation email..but she hadn't replied yet
So I emailed them and explain that I have not heard from my scheduler. I then get an email on Monday stating "is there anything that I can help you with?"
Umm, yeah, I emailed you on Thursday to let you know that I'm having issues logging in and now it's Monday.
She agrees to put the shops back on my webpage so I tell her that I'll need the ones that i have this week moved around, as I cannot input so many shops in one day during the week.
Well, she doesn't reply until Tuesday..so more shops get cancelled.
I emailed her YESTERDAY MORNING to tell her that I need my shops moved around, as I cannot do it myself, and no reply yet.
I'm just cancelling all of them. I cannot deal with a scheduler who only logs into her email once a day.
