Market Force login problems?

Is anyone else having problems logging into Market Force today or is it just me? I have a report to submit from last night but cannot log in. I thought perhaps they were performing maintenance but it has been all day now so I am wondering if it is just me having this problem.

I just logged in without a problem. Just be sure you've contacted them, they are sticklers for reports being submitted the same day. As long as you have an attempt to contact on record it should be fine.

Thanks Lisa. I called to inform them of my problem logging in.

After informing Market Force of my problem logging in, I re-booted the computer and was able to log right in.

I was called at the last minute to do a shop. I was promised a bonus to do the shop as it was last minute and out of my way too boot. When payday came, no bonus.
I called and called, but it seems that no one knew of any bonus pay or that anyone
had the right to offer one. Lesson learned there, no last minute shops for me, or
if offered bonus and shop is far away, don't do it.
Rather than refuse a shop just make sure it is with a legitimate company AND get it in writing. There are several companies where it's not a concern for me because they are true to their word and promise of a bonus verbally is every bit as binding as an e-mail. For the others that written confirmation has been more than enough to guarantee my payment.

Kmoles, don't give up!

Here's a tip: save emails offering bonuses until you get paid. That way,if they mess up the payment, you have proof of what was offered. This has saved me tons of headaches.

If the shop was with MF, you should have a CPI that shows how much you were supposed to get. Any other companies where offers are not made through emails, take a screen grab and keep that until you get paid.
+1 to saving emails. If someone offers anything over the phone summarize the details at the end of the call and ask them to send an email to confirm that summary. It's hard to argue against something in writing, not impossible but not easy.
