The better schedulers/MSCs know that not everything goes as it should. So, I've found it's best if you can head off legitimate questions by explaining it in the report (if the form allows it) or in a separate email to the scheduler. For example, I had a recent shop where the time was off by an hour on the receipt. I verified the time by my clocks, both my cell phone and clock in the car and said so in the report. In another instance, the clerk did not ring up the transaction, despite the register being right there and provided a hand-written receipt. Both reports went through without a hitch and got the best score.
If you find a scheduler that can't accept an accurate report, it's time to try a different tactic - try going over their head.
PS: Bare has a good reputation and I have no problems with them.
