I WANT TO SCREAM

I literally want to scream - and I'm sure some of us have been here before. I posted last month about this company and now just today again.

JM Ridgway you suck!

You burned me, then you burned me again. I tried to give you a second chance and then you burned, burned burned burned me. Not to mention ruined 4 different shopping routes.

Remove my shops. No response or explanation.
Tell me to stop my shops. Again, little response and explanation.
Remove my shops again. No response or explanation.

I hope this store leaves you by the end of the year.

They have never paid me on time, I have always had to email in and ask for payment. But once I do that, I always get it. I don't do shops for them anymore, though, because it's just too much hassle to always be chasing down payments for such low paying shops. Glad others are having better success than I was, though!
I haven't even reached the point of being burned by them for payment. We'll see how bad it gets over the next month when I should be having some $$$ come in.

The communication thing bothers me the most - no communication. No one I can call and discuss, just a scheduler that will answer 1/10th of a question or provide 5% of the story.
I hate it that you went through all of that, but appreciate the post. I won't sign up with them. Adding to the "no sign up MSC company" list
@dkk5685 Have you tried emailing your scheduler directly regarding any shop issues or payment issues? If you've tried calling the shopper hotline, you will never get someone, since they don't call people back once you leave a voice mail. However, email is the most preferred means of communication.

Their shopping guidelines are remarkably easy, and they don't seem to use a rating system (grades). The one issue that I and other shoppers have with them is that yes, they do not pay on time and you have to chase payment. That's the one caveat, which is why I suggest not to accept a ton of shops with them at one time. Having that expectation up front may make the shopping experience less stressful.
