I recently applied for a ms for which I will potentially be doing an adult store shop. Problem is, I didn't make note of it and I don't seen an email. Suggestions as to how I find out? I have like 30 plus companies in my log so far *gasp*

its no wonder... i went to the store once and the reimbursement doesnt cover much of anything at all...

I'd LOVE to do these shops but I don't see any in my area. It'd probably be considered a conflict of interest anyway, since I have an in-home romance party company (read: adult toys). LOVE, LOVE, LOVE doing them. It's part of why I was MIA with MSing for five years.

CoolDude, I'm in WNY. What city do they have these shops that are near you? I know there are some smaller locations that aren't chains here but I don't know of any chains here. When I was in New Orleans, I had to stop in and visit a store on the strip. I saw Adam and Eve in Wilmington, NC but I never got a chance to take a peek. LOVED the way it looked on the outside. I'd have a blast working there if I decided not to keep my business.

I see these come up from time to time but they are always like 50 miles away and I'm never sure if the reimbursement is going to get me anything worth having. Maybe I'll try one and just take the hubby along

I'm not sure what the reimbursement amount is but if it's around $10, you should be able to get a low-end bullet (but does the trick for you or you and your partner) or a number of different lotions and creams, many flavored. There are also pheromone perfumes, oils, and, one of my personal favorites, Silky Sheets, which is a powdered pheromone spray for the room or bed. When I'm in a rotten mood, the pheromones always give me a lift and make me happier. And it puts my husband in the mood. LOL

Not sure a single item alone is worth a 50 mile trip but you might find lots of other goodies worth trying...things for her, for him, for couples, lingerie, you name it. The experience in itself at least once can be fun.

Or you could check out the many companies that do the in-home parties and invite your friends. They're a blast, which is why I started doing them, though I'm an independent now.
