Anybody else having trouble getting into GFK?

I can't even access the main page. Every other site is fine -- this has been going on since my first check abt 3 AM.

Yet I'm still getting their emails for shops in CA. No thx! ;>

Nope, quit using IE years ago. Never had any trouble before today.

Yep, I use chrome as well.

I haven't been able to log on since Friday. I use Safari

well if it doesn't clear up by Tuesday I'm SOL. Got a shop for them then. I've emailed the scheduler, but maybe she doesn't work weekends or something as I haven't heard back.

Well, I tried another browser and got right in. sometimes the simplest solutions are not the most obvious!

I use Chrome and haven't been able to get in since last Friday. I can get in on Internet Explorer but have only used IE once in the last five years and that was to see if I could get into GfK!

I did eventually get an email from my scheduler who said they'd done some recent upgrades and a lot of people were having problems.
Tuesday I had a problem entering data on a shop, and I went thru all of my browsers and eventually made it work that time with Firefox.
still can't get to it on chrome. Cest la vie...

I think a new update to Chrome came out last Friday. That's when my access to the GFK website ended. I can access it with IE, but some of the shops say that IE doesn't work, and to use Chrome.

I'm new to all this, but this seems like a classic catch-22.
