I do a lot of projects for MF-P. I recently canceled 2 projects because I didn't recognize the town. Long story short,I have worked in these stores before. I called MF help desk with some other things and asked if I could get these projects back. I explained that it was my mistake, thinking they might have self assigned. She said that she would transfer me to a scheduler once we took care of our business. "M" was very nice and fixed the things she could fix. Then the scheduler "J" fixed the rest. She too was a delight. And gave me another project at the price I asked. I have always found them to be professional and nice. All of this took place this morning on a Sat.
