The book I was sent to study has been put away with that month's shops, but the nerve of having to wait for materials to be mailed, study a 60+ page book, take a test, do an evaluation that is likely to take up to an hour, do a reveal, fill out a duplicate evaluation form on site, get it signed, add another 1 part set of "additional questions", take a required set of photos, take photos for every "no" and all of this with threats about making sure you don't take photos that belie your evaluation and threats of termination if you lie and threats of dire consequences if you don't upload pictures from this shop and this shop only. Now go home and enter all this on the computer, upload renamed photos to a verrrry slow site, fill out an invoice, mail in questionnaire and invoice at your expense and then deal with the photo editors because you did not take a good enough site photo because you didn't want to crawl through the barbed wire fence into the pasture with the bull to take it (and they always told you not to go where you felt endangered). This really is a bit much for a $10 fee.
I have tried four times to pass the test for the gas station shop and cannot pass! Should I contact a scheduler for help? This is the first time I've shopped for them and don't know what to do.
Yes. Generally if I have tried a test a couple of times and can't pass it, it is time to figure something may be wrong with the test (it happens). Send them a nice email with a list of your answers and ask "what am I failing to understand here?"

Or contact me.........there is at least one question on that test that trips up everyone.........

I do a lot of gas shop and they rang on the average about $7 to $8 a trip, but if you are taking more than 7 minutes on the shop I would not do it, These are shops I lump together while doing other shop. I've done serveral GFK shops and they do not toiake long to.
Aaaacchkk!!! I have been trying to pass the gas shop test for the last couple of days without luck. Funny thing is, I have the answers to the test printed out---one I copied and pasted from a previous test I passed and a second cheat sheet came from the scheduler because I questioned the test results (weird thing is, my answers and what GfK provided were exactly the same).

I had three of the shops today which I decided to do despite my not having passed the test and I just know they will not be valid. My fault as I completely forgot to try the test again this morning nor called/emailed for help. So I emailed them earlier tonight but with the weekend coming up... And I have 5 of them on my plate tomorrow...What to do?????
When I went to take the test for mine this month it was exactly the same as previous so your cheat sheet should have worked.
Thanks to Flash and Bugspot for the care packages :-)

Managed to get through the hurdle finally; all that for how much again?? Sometimes I think HD is right--- I'm nuts!
Sneakers,Hello
Is that in NY area or Long Island for me What is full address to sign up. you have my email address, let me know...Anything new that you can tell me about??
GfK has just started posting shops for our local grocery chain that used to be with another MSC. They're paying better and offering reimbursement to boot, but that darned quiz! Do they do quizzes with all of their clients? Thank goodness you can do unlimited retakes, because at the rate I'm going it might take me awhile! LOL
If you really get stuck, contact your scheduler. GFK's are usually more than happy to help with quiz issues. smiling smiley
