UPDATE: September Shopper Pay 2:25 PM ET
We have just received confirmation that our originating bank has processed our direct deposit file and the deposits are being sent this afternoon. The majority of our shoppers will receive their direct deposit pay tomorrow Tuesday, October 18th. As a reminder, if you bank with a smaller bank or a credit union, you may not receive your payments until Wednesday, October 19th.
Check processing will begin shortly but please remember that it does take our staff several days to run the check process, print the checks and then insert them into envelopes. Our best estimate for mailing checks appears to be the end of the week (around October 21st).
We sincerely apologize again and ask that you continue to check this Message Board for additional updates.
I gave MFI an earful today about this and while yes, I know things happen, in the future people need to know about this in the future. As they so often tell us (and I told them), they are contractually obligated to their clients, as are their independent contractors with their responsibilities as well. They said that they would bump my concerns to the management team (and I'm sorry I couldn't hold back when I said "I'm sure they got paid on time"
