Mystery Shoppers Inc is crazy
I use ATMs. They never talk back :-)
I like this company. Wish they had more here.

Yes, several I shop for have checks that identify them as a mystery shopping company. QAMS is the only one that I can think of offhand. Since I shop numerous locations of my bank every month, it means I have to go somewhere else to cash those checks. I usually sign and give to one of my kids to endorse and cash for me. My kids say I am not only a spy but a money launderer as well.......

My bank is where I cash all the mystery shopper checks. Which means I can never shop my own bank, lol !

My bank is where I cash all the mystery shopper checks. Which means I can never shop my own bank, lol !

LOL, I definitely like what your kids say.
But yeah makes no sense to tell you to be discreet when doing your shops but yet they pay you and pin point you out in such an obvious way. Doesn't make sense to me. I would probably endorse over to hubby or something, since how I do mystery shop my own bank, LOL

Fortunately/unfortunately my bank is no longer shopped except for shops that require you have no account there at all . . . can't do those :-( On the other hand it is easy enough to deposit those 'indiscrete' checks through the ATM, and that is what I do. I work on the assumption that I will be okay if/when my bank is shopped again by account holders because by depositing through the ATM there is less likelihood to link a name to a face. Prior to the ATM I got some awfully strange looks at the drive-through and certainly would not have presented a check inside in person that had "Mystery Shopper Account" emblazoned across its face. Though even for that eventuality there is an 'excuse'. "Oh, I do mail surveys for them."
Is this the company that does the home tv/internet/phone company? I've done one shop for them and have a couple to do tomorrow. Not received a check from them yet. I guess I will deposit the check in my atm when I do get it.
This is one of my favorite companies and I am actually doing a parking job and walking across the street to complete a shop for them. 2 birds with one stone. Yay!
Is it Mystery Shoppers Inc. or Mystery Shop Inc.? I see the latter when I look it up, but not the first one. Just interested in checking them out.

Thanks for the heads up, I have never worked for this company that I know of since we aren't sure which company you are referring to. It seems like a major inconvience especially conderding they have have easy reports and pay when they say they will, I will be sure to avoid them like the plague. Maybe you could point me in the direction on some companies that pay by direct deposit with long narratives and force me to hound them for my money.

That really wouldn't bother me. Like others said I use an ATM for check deposits.
