In Touch

I was just accepted to work for In Touch, the company that merged with Service Intelligence. I now have to fill in direct deposit and start from scratch....anyone have experience working for them, are shops the same, any info. appreciated.

I don't know if they found you or you found them. It looks as though In Touch is primarily a Canadian MSP, which of course was where SI originated. I just haven't read or received any info about a merger/acquisition. Just curious . . .
The merge is done. In-Touch has posted some of the jobs that SI had. When you log in to In-Touch, it now says In-Touch/Service Intelligence. In-Touch answers the phone "In-Touch/Service Intelligence". I was told by someone at In-Touch that all of SI's Canadian jobs would be moving to the In-Touch board. Already, they've deleted subscriptions and closed the useless forum.

I think this is a very positive change. SI, since they left Canada, has been nothing but a PITA to work with. In-Touch is, by far, the best company I work with. They pay a fair wage for shops, are very easy to reach (seriously! A human actually picks up the phone and reaching my scheduler is a given) and they pay twice a month.

Yes, they are a Canadian company located near Toronto. I don't know anything about jobs in the US so I can't tell you how worthwhile it is for you to sign up with them. The sign up process is pretty simple and it can't hurt to be signed up with 1 more MSC right?
MTLShopper...thanks, it does seem as though they are totally running the ship, and yes, they are in Canada. They have no jobs now, but if SI didn't lose my favorites, I'm good to go. I tried to put in my direct deposit, but they only require 6 #'s and U.S. banks have 8...so, once I work that out, I'm signed up.
Being that SI's name is still intact, I gather they are partners, having a stable source for SI is what they needed.
