Las Vegas, Nevada shopping

In Nevada there is a rule that states and makes you become a Private Investigator in order to just shop in the normal ways doing the normal things. I spend six to nine months a year here in Vegas, the remainder in Americas second most beautiful city, Memphis.
Here is my question. I do phone shops nationally and my paypal account never changes, so my location is a non issue. If i want to go out and do any onsite shop, how does that "Private Investigator" rule effect me? How do companies accommodate the Private Investigator rule? How is the onsite shopping in Vegas?

I see no change, Nevada requires the work card, here in CA nothing is needed, and I "assume" other states are the same. Your work out of Nevada is ruled by the state you'll be working in, and no one other than Nevada requires anything, just that your registered with the company. I thought CA was the "golden" state, we certainly have everything from beaches to big sur, to Yosmete to sking. Northern CA to Southern CA would be my pick, but different strokes...smiling smiley

Live consciously....
If you are asking about needing a work card to shop locations outside of Nevada from Nevada; One is not needed.

The rule is that you need to be licensed to shop the clients in Nevada. I doesn't seem to matter where the shopper is located. If I do phone shops to locations in Nevada from California, it's routed trough one of the PI firms I work for.

If you are applying with MS companies, I would not recommend listing your Nevada address, however, since your application may get passed over.
