I send a letter to the BBB as well, and cc them on it. Do not do those rush jobs ever again, and tell them why...specifically! Then send a copy to the people that handle their business license, do a bit of research and send one to all the Corp Officers.
I am a retired Union Organizer that believes in revenge. They leave you alone after that. The junk stops. There are so many good companies that you can work with. Don't waste your time/life and work only with the good ones. smiling smiley

Thanks for all the helpful replies on this issue (and I apologize for "hijacking" this thread). The strange part about this is that all my other experiences with this company have been positive. I have only been shopping for them for about 3 months, but I have already done more than ten shops for them; they have been fairly easy shops and I have been paid correctly on the date promised (the last day of the following month).

While I am sure it is effective, I am a little cautious about jumping to the BBB yet. I like Mert's suggestion and think I will do that if (when?) it happens again.
