FedEx

Is worthless!

Finally downloaded their app hoping that would give me better info on my delivery time. Nope! The only thing I got was they’re running late. Well, yeah, they’re late over 90% of the time.

And it’s the substitute driver that never brings packages to the house even though the gate is open. Also same driver who has placed my boxes in the garbage can, behind the trees, on top of the gate control box, etc. And doesn’t update that the items have been delivered until 4 hours later.

And they do have instructions where to leave the packages.

Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the morning; the devil shudders...And yells OH #%*+! SHE'S AWAKE!

Same here. They have put dog food/packages on top of trash cans, or lying on my driveway at the beginning of it, even though my gates were left open for them, at the neighbor's house near the street, and 4 steps from my covered porch, left in the rain. They could not handle 4 more steps. When I have called, every time, they end up hanging up on me. Sometimes the representative on the telephone has told me the driver got a message from me to leave it there. Or they saw dogs that were loose, (no), or I canceled for another day. All lies. I take pictures of all their fine work and have been meaning to go to the distribution center near me to speak to a supervisor. I watched and made a video of a driver that just finished leaving my package on the grass when I pulled up. They were driving away. I kept the video going and they went to a neighbor's house across the street and threw their box at the beginning of their driveway. Their gates were open. Unbelievable.

There was a time, long ago, when they were so good and reliable and no issues. UGH.
Being in very rural Alabama, delivery from ALL of the delivery services is slow and sometimes problematic. I signed up for Informed Delivery from USPS, every day I get one email that says what it's supposed to say, what I'm expecting. And then I get 3 more saying things that are completely different, but what I actually receive. I've learned over the last couple years, that if the main Informed Delivery email says it's coming, it probably isn't.

Because my gate is so far from the house, I don't expect any delivery service to come to my porch. So I put a parcel locker outside the gate, and so far, in about 5 or 6 years, only one UPS guy couldn't finger it out and used a plastic bag to hang my parcel on my gate. The FedEx informed delivery notifications have never been wrong, even when I don't think I'm expecting any packages.

Are you my neighbor? I have a package that's been "out for delivery" for two days. I called and they say it is still on the trailer and they are "a little behind" but they think it will be transferred to a delivery truck tomorrow. I live all of 6 miles from their sorting facility. We've gone down there to pick up before when we couldn't wait for something, they are the absolute worst.
