Movies that reference mystery shopping

I stumbled upon a movie last night on Netflix...the title is Compliance.
I was drawn to it because it was in my two favorite categories - suspense and based on a real life story.
I could only watch about the first half hour - it was just too creepy for me.
Without giving anything away, it was about a fast food restaurant and an innocent employee getting framed and set up for a horrible situation....I learned through Wiki, that these incidents were common in the 90s.
Anyway, the restaurant manager was very fretful over a pending visit from a secret shopper....apparently anything negative would come back on her.
I recently mentioned the other movie I saw "a Five Star Life" about hotel mystery shopping.
Out of curiosity, are there others?

I haven't seen any. I have read some of this series: Josie Marcus Mystery Shopper by Elaine Viets. Can't say they're great, but I read more than one.
Not that I know of offhand, Bare. You should finish Compliance; it's really good. There's also a documentary on Netflix called Don't Pick Up The Phone about the actual incident the movie is based on. I highly recommend watching both.

If your path dictates you walk through hell, do it as though you own the place. -unknown
I guess I couldn't decide which I found the creepiest - the caller or the employees who weren't savvy enough to realize what was happening....it was weird that none of them decided it was time to call it.
