Freelancers receive up to $32,000 credit from the pandemic

Has anyone else received anything from the Freelancers Union about the "Up to $32,000 back from pandemic?" They have emailed me this in different formats over the past several days.

It states that freelancers can go back to 2021 and claim a tax credit for the money we lost during the pandemic. Here is the link about it: [freelancersunion.org]

This was the two weeks of lost wages credit people could apply for if they could prove they had to stay home due to covid in a time when unemployment ended.. It was for everybody, not just freelancers. The email is making a big deal like self-employed people may not have know that they too could get the benefit. Maybe some didn't, but almost everybody was made aware of it by their tax software or return preparer at the time
I got i twice by email. The company they're using to help with applications charges about a 20% cut of whatever you are entitled to.
