EOM/Halloween/Tuesday/???

For me, ??? is having a safe, if circuitous, walking path from home to car and back again. I can preserve the ice melt for real winter. Mind you, the sun has melted the snow from the lawn and every place not shaded by the front of the building. Perfect in summer!

What, if anything, is important to you on the last day of October?

Just a fun day. Hope to see some kids in costumes. Though not badly enough to go to work. Lol
We live on a cul-de-sac in a somewhat rural area. Years ago, we'd get lots of kids trick or treating. It has slowly decreased over the years to the point where last year, and, as of 8:15 pm ET tonight this year, we've had ZERO trick or treaters! I planned for about 12-15, so I guess hubby and I will share the loot!
We live in an apartment-style condo where visitors have to be buzzed in, so no trick or treaters. Didn't even buy candy (although I might hit the clearance stuff tomorrow).

No trick-or treaters here. I got candy at the store, though. Miniature sweets were offered to everyone.
