T Mobile over 55

About 4 years ago I signed up for T-Mobile over 55 plans. I had two phones, a business and a personal line with unlimited data and hotsopts. When they came out with home internet I signed up for that. The two phones lines cost $70 including the $5 per line discount for auto pay and the T-Mobile home was $25 after a $5 auto pay discount.

Yesterday I called in for help and out of the blue and without me asking they gave my a 20% discount on all charges. I couldn't believe it but just letting all over 55 know.

Hmm, my husband is old. Lol. Love to pick on him. Will give that a shot. But we have a super old grandfathered plan so not sure if will help. We pay 100 for 4 lines, also unlimited data and hot spots which nobody uses except for me.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone over 55 who doesn't travel a lot. I had signed up with TMobile several years ago, but found I couldn't get service in some areas and had to switch.
It has been my experience that they have excellent customer service. They have often gone way above and beyond to help me. AT&T on the other hand . . . I'll NEVER go back to them.
Mint is now owned by T-Mobile and continues to use the T-Mobile cellular network. Mint still has the same pricing too. I've been on the $15 per month per phone for 5Gb of data. Most of the time I'm on a WiFi network so I haven't exceeded the 5Gb monthly cap yet. I pay upfront for one year. I own an unlocked phone.

Who wants to pay every month for a store or customer service? I don't! I'm the "tech guy" in our house. smiling smiley
T Mobile has other perks too. T Mobil Tuesdays gives out freebies every week. Last week it was a free spicy shrimp bowl for a $1 at panda. A few weeks ago it was a free sub from Jersey Mikes. It is not always food. They have logo'd giveaways once every two months or so. I got an umbrella, an insulated lunch bag, and insulated grocery bag, mugs and cups and other items. The plan i am on has free netflix and sometimes appletv. This week they have a year subscription to Calm plus or premium for $10. Recent food freebies or almost free have been from Burger King, Panda, Jamba Juice, Pretzels , Ihop, Duncan Donuts and I also a popular mystery shop food place we dont have where I live. Maybe Sonic? If you have 4 phones you get 4 of them (except netflix, only one per acct)
@sandyf, I'm wondering about all the logo'd items you got...

Don't you live in Southern California (like I do)? If so, how have you been able to get so many of the different items? Aren't they limited supply, first-come, first-served?

The giveaway items are limited supply but if i wanted tbe item I usually can get it. Every store is allocated a certain amount. I have also received ball caps and a divided lunch Tupperware type container, beach towels. There is a Red Box free for a night every couple of weeks and $2 for a year magazine subscriptions 2 or 3 times a year. Right now I get Food and Wine, Magnolia, Better Homes and Gardens and Southern living. Also on Tuesdays 15 cents off a gallon at Shell. This week the food item was $3.00 for a large cheese or pepperoni pizza at Little Caesars.
Hi all you So cal people (and other T Mobil people). I happen to live just a few blocks from a T Mobile store. If you can go on Tuesday they always have them, Wed usually. When I first joined I had just missed the Rainbow water cup. I happened to be in Westwood several weeks later and passed the store. I dropped in and mentioned I had missed that offer and they still had them!!!!
