"HFA,HMA, AMA" does the firsts letter represent race?

I saw these terms being used in a report sample when describing the staff. I could guess FA meals Female, and MA is male. But about the first letter? My best guess is race?

I believe H is for Hispanic, the first A is for Asian, and the last a refers to an Adult.
