Check Amazon Delivery Schedules!

I bought my Mom her Christmas gift through Amazon. Because it was far enough in advance, I chose no rush shipping. This would have gotten it there by Christmas and I would get some digital credits.

I checked Amazon today for something else. My Mom's gift was scheduled for 12/28 delivery. Luckily, I was able to change it to Prime shipping.

And even with Prime shipping, DOUBLE CHECK your delivery dates!! I ordered an item for my grandson on Dec 14th from a Company, which was delivered with Prime 3 days later on Dec 17th. HOWEVER, I went back to this SAME Company on Dec 18th to order a nearly IDENTICAL item, via Prime.....and the DELIVERY Date was NOW LISTED as December 28th!! So I found the item with another Company on Amazon, ordered it on the 18th, and it will be delivered, via Prime, this Thursday, the 22nd. So EVEN WITH PRIME, at this time of year, CHECK your delivery dates!!
