100th Anniversary of Ukranian singers at Carnegie Hall

NPR All Things considered tells the history of Ukraine fighting to be known as a country, its 1922 performance of its folk music at Carnegie Hall, the origins of the Ukranian folk song which became known as 'Carol of the Bells' that most of us know, and lets us hear the1922 and 2022 performances at Carnegie Hall. Another century, another war with Russia...

This year, the Ukranian singers are presenting the original folk music. Anyone who would like to hear or know more can find this information at the 12 -06 NPR All Things Considered.
