I haven't seen the episode, but I know some hospitals get mystery shopped. I did one quite a while back, and it was the most interesting shop I've ever done. I only did the one, though.
It was not being mystery shopped it was being checked out to be bought. Although that could be mistaken for the same thing. Haven't watched it since that episode.
