Well rinsed ham; fancy brussels sprouts; and TBD other veggie. Hubby will decide when he decides.

A chopped salad kit bought on clearance at the grocery with some marked down chicken on top.
A fritatta that used up the last of the eggs, spinach, and mushrooms. Threw in a container of Papa John's garlic sauce to season it up.
