What are you having for lunch ?

Turkey breast club sandwiches and garden salad. Some do not like chopped hard boiled eggs, sliced peppers, etc. in their salad. PITA.

Brunch was a big ol' salad with everything you could wish for in color, style, and flavor. Mmm!

Lunch today was ranch pesto chicken and rice.

Lunch today was chicken korma and Dr. Pepper pinto beans.

I made the beans in the crock pot last night and woke up to a heavenly smell!

I brought home half of my cheeseburger and fries from yesterday's lunch (non-MS) at the Silver Diner. Will reheat and enjoy along with homemade iced tea.

Lunch was corned beef hash. I finished it before I added the egg. I have chick peas draining for air frying later. I'm going to add ranch seasoning to make them.

Funny, I was just thinking about corned beef hash, topped with poached eggs, for my lunch.

I just polished off the rest of the homemade chef salad along with the remains of the charcuterie board. Summer sausage, cheese bits, olives, pepperoncinis, grapes, watermelon and cantaloupe balls, a few almonds....yeah, I'm going to just pretend that was all low cal.
Half a roasted eggplant panini sandwich with cheese and red/green peppers; bottled water; the biggest, juiciest, most delicious organic peach ever.
Made myself a big juicy tomato and Swiss cheese sandwich on 12 grain bread. My co-workers were salivating, LOL! I have not brought any veggies in from our garden this year due to COVID.
Grilled Asiago cheese and tomato sandwich on 12 grain bread, iced tea and loads of pistachio nuts.
Two hard boiled eggs sprinkled with salt. Strawberries topped with whipped cream. Ate a bunch of cashews too.
Half of a huge (and delicious) bacon, egg and cheese quesadilla, tater tots, iced tea.
All from a shop.

Mexican restaurant veggie fajitas. There was enough left over for a good down payment on dinner.

Tomato/cucumber salad with garlic butter croutons, 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwich, kombucha
At home writing day. Leftovers. Lentil soup with fresh lemon, tabouli, chopped liver with matzo.
Brown bagged it today. Chicken sandwich on 12 grain bread with Swiss cheese, tomato, spinach and pesto. Spring water and cashew nuts.
The inspiration ingredient was a can of chicken noodle soup. Doctored it up with chopped carrots, celery, onions, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, bok choy, and eggs (a la egg drop soup).
