What are you doing today? (besides shopping)

I only wish we would have had more time to visit PEI and then go on up to Labrador and Newfoundland. Next time.

I love lobster. I really could eat it every day. Isn't it funny that they used to feed it to prisoners and people in poor houses, and it wasn't considered a delicacy AT ALL? LOL!!!!

Went to my Wednesday sale day market, got celery radish's asparagus, all for under 2.00, cheaper than doing the Krogers and no report. In the mood for healthy large chicken salad with lots of veggies. Dusting, a bit of cleaning, and more scheduling for Vegas. Trying to get Four Seasons brunch in Santa Barbara....later return at Kohl's.

I went to my Bible study this morning and then out to lunch with some girlfriends. I had to try and finish the gas station work today or tomorrow.
I am staying at home and working on projects. The bronchitis is nearly gone, fortunately, but I will have to be a one-job woman for awhile until I can do my other jobs. The exception is a few tiny app jobs that are near the places I must go.

Today is the only day this week I haven't had shops. Went to a meeting and ran some errands. Now I'm home. It feels strange not to have reports to do :-)

Got my new computer yesterday, so playing and getting it up to my preferences, replacing passwords...so nice not to have sticky keys. Contacting cleaning crew for next week, arthritis in hand gives me a good excuse to have crew clean the house. Weather amazing, going to get warmer and warmer....

Completed two interviews for territory sales rep., direct client this morning! I did very well on one and maybe not so well on another.

Had a very tragic event happen and now am just 'waking up' from it. Though I will have a broken heart forever, it is becoming a piece of me instead of all of me.

I also am going to baked chicken for tonight supper. . Also get ask to service a lunch Weds not going to happen, to busy with work
Still doing the projects, which are endless. I have started binge-watching Wycliffe, a 90s Brit show. It's veddy good! I use the episodes as treats for completing projects. What. It works!

whatever works, works.....I'm sitting in Panera Bread as I don't want to do housework. Glorious day, will take some new pic's for Facebook, so family/friends know I'm moving around. Have my new computer, love it, amazed it's working for me...LOL Someone I hadn't heard from called, will return call later, wondering what he wants....living life and loving the small things. Signed up for a retirement seminar at our top restaurant (not a chain) and not shopped, free dinner, for seniors only. I could easily go 15 years younger, spirit remains

Sitting in my chair with my leg up,again. I've been fighting with a injured ankle since September and everything I think it's okay, it gets worse. Ended up in ER last Thursday night and it shows a definite fracture so I'm in a cast, waiting to see the surgeon. Not a happy camper. I have the month from the 15th on scheduled with shops that I had to cancel. So not only am I immobile, bored and uncomfortable, I am worried about the MSC's with whom I had to cancel all those shops.
Sorry to hear that Barb. I fell and broke my ankle once. Was in denial that I actually broke it. Had to have surgery because the break, though not a bad one, shortened the bone. Doctor said I would have trouble down the road with arthritis if it wasn't taken care of. Wasn't a bad surgery at all. Hope everything goes well for you!

Sarry Barb about your leg hope it gets better soon. I have a food store shop to do , Then I had to get readly for tomorrow we are going to a family reunion , I am taking brownies , so I need to make them tonight. I also need to finish my reports on the gas stations.
Watched the movie "Rampage"in 3D. Watched a lot of "How to get away with murder". Enjoyed Pizza and ice cream after a long, long time.
Endless projects. More of the show. Bagels for brunch because... just because. smiling smiley

Bagels are a good thing, no excuse needed....running around today, target, Macy's, mall, afternoon movie and completion for my trip.....after Chicago, Vegas for work, then Scottsdale AZ., to see a friend.....

Thanks! I do feel a lot better. I am cleaning and sealing my granite countertops, then polishing my cabinets. I will dust and vacuum today in the kitchen and dining room because that's an open area on the west side of the house with lots of windows and two sliding glass doors...I can see the dust perfectly at 4 pm and it's been driving me crazy. Working tomorrow so I won't be home to do it.
I went to church this morning and accidenentally left my cell phone at home.

No big deal, right?

I had to use my debit card to withdraw cash for my tithes.
I had to use the paper Bible. I had trouble finding one of the books.
I had no way to record notes from the sermon.
There was a brush fire on the Parkway. I was blindly stuck in traffic because I had no GPS. Actually, I did have a GPS, but I forgot about it until now.
I planned on stopping by the market, but I did not have access to the circulars.

I would think they'd be understanding, since you had a medical excuse. If they raise a stink, maybe a note from your doctor?

It sucks that so many undependable flakes make those of us who are conscientious feel worried about whether the MSCs are going to be upset with us.
I took a Math and Statistics for Business last term. I got an A on every assignment as well as the midterm. I took the final last Saturday morning (at home). Windows 10 did an upgrade during my exam. How did I find out? My keyboard froze and I had to reboot. I log back in to take the exam. I knew I couldn't go back to the problem I was working on. It put me ahead by three problems. Not good. Something else weird happened. I took a screen shot of that. The final alone was worth 25% of my grade. Needless to say, I did not do well in the final. I got an A- in the class, but just barely.

Moved on to The X Files. How many ways can you do weird?! Some shops could pass for episode ideas, but I digress. I am making headway with projects. Eventually, I will return to my various jobs...

Oh, Honny, I know it's hard when you are a perfectionist (takes one to know one) and you know that you could have done better. Dratted OCD, LOL. But when all is said and done, an A is an A.
Thanks JAS! An A- is not an A, but I'm still happy I got it!

That would steam me, too!
