Hey KathyG! Don't know how "new" your hubby's Prius is, but something to keep on the back burner. I'm sure you must be aware of the special batteries they use. My son has a 2006 Prius, and the battery died about 2 years ago. Well, Toyota wanted to charge over $2200 to replace it!! My son's father in law told him to try a company called Green Bean Battery Co. Their online reviews are awesome, and so are they!! My son got a replacement battery for $1600, they came out to his residence and changed it out. Then about 3 months ago, one of the cells went bad, and they came out and replaced that free, as part of their warranty. You might want to keep the name of this company written down somewhere, or look it up and bookmark it. They really were great.@KathyG wrote:

Our dishwasher died 3 years ago, and I've been washing dishes by hand ever since. But since it's just hubby and me 99% of the time, it's no big deal.@HonnyBrown wrote:

Got in a short time ago from a special shindig for our Pastor. He has been at our small church for 23 years now, came in August 1997.(We've been there for the past 14 of those). Plus his birthday is in August, so every year we have a combo BD/Anniv meal at church for him. We had BBQ, Chicken tenders, pork & beans, potato salad, cole slaw, 3 bean salad, grape salad, banana pudding, oatmeal choc chip cookies, potato chips, canteloupe, watermelon, PLUS.....his birthday cake!! SO much food!! Everyone was able to take some home. We have enough for tomorrow's Sunday dinner!

Honny,
If there is not already gas service to your unit, it may mean that there is no gas service to the building/entire community. That may be the place to start your search.
