What are you doing today? (besides shopping)

Still catching up on laundry and house work, but also going out to do an oil change with a very nice bonus (plus coupon). Cooking a bit for the week. Hair care. Tomorrow, back to MS reality for 2 days of shops. But, tonight, binge watching recorded BBC mysteries !!!

Orlando - lightly shopping NC
Today is paper work, cooking to last until the 1st. when 'm doing my week of eat out. Watching news, horrific happenings again, for those that say "guns don't kill"......BS. Will go to mall later and Best Buy, day filled with stuff. Favorite weather, cooler, in the 70"s. No housework, yippee.

Dr.'s Appt., phone calls, computer work, re-reading jobs for Nov......cooking, boring!!

Went to the beloved wide open spaces. Did a little work. Wanted more time in the wide open spaces.

New day, no wide open spaces. Oh, well. I have a book, a cuppa, and a task list that can be completed today, tomorrow, or whenever. That is pleasant.

Manicure, bank, errands (does it ever end)? Home to pay bills and do whatever needs to be done....awaiting my lab results.

Crossing my paws and whiskers for you!

I am helping my son figure out a birthday date for his girlfriend. He has Asperger's Syndrome, so social situations are not his strength, and this is his first-ever date (he's 22).
Playing on the forum between shops and jobs. That's it!

Rain today so I'm going to run out and pick up a couple of things at the store and then I"ll come back and work on laundry all day. change sheets and then normal vacuuming and dishes. I'm going to get everything in order here, including pre cooked meals so that I can hit the shopping hard for a few days over the weekend.
Voting, hardware store for plumbing supplies, asking around for a source of turkey giblets to use to make my famous turkey gravy base.

Yayyy Halloween! After picking up dinner from a BJ's shop, I'm dressing up my baby bee and we're going to a neighbor's house to hang out with other families who have babies too young for trick-or-treating.
Our neighborhood is known to be very kid-friendly at Halloween.... Even for the teens who are from nearby areas and show up at the last minute. A few neighbors moan about "outsiders" visiting for T or T night. But most of us are proud to be known as a place where the spirit and fun of the evening will be shared. Also, here, almost all young kids are accompanied by supervising adults, and, in good weather (which we will have tonight) homeowners stay out on their porches most of the evening to enjoy the parade.

Did a ton of cooking and found an Oprah cauliflower crust pizza that is delicious and will be gone today.
Staying home, going through garage to see what needs to be given away, house chores, tomorrow will
start working through the 9th. Have been tired, so, resting and caring for this old worn out bod.

Today is court to see if I can get alimony from my ex.

A couple weeks ago, I saw a condo that I fell in love with. I offered less than asking. Both seller and I signed the contract yesterday. Closing is in a month.

Nothing as exciting as alimony and a condo. Wowza for all of that! I just have more and welcome work in & out of town. It is also the first day of Holocaust Education Month, fifty four days before Christmas, and Thursday.

Hate Halloween, so it is good that the kids go up the hill to the very expensive 800,000 to a million dollar homes.
My development is not really for kids, so they are smart, I do love kids so, not a complete uger. Today finds me doing Five guys, which is near Macy's in our mall. I had to cancel my resort due to health, not up to it. Will pop into Macy's, then have lunch...looking forward to the day.

My route was postponed by the MSC, so I am taking the day off to catch up on sleep & paperwork.

Tomorrow & this weekend I will go freewheeling since the route now starts Monday.
At last, after zillions of tasks, I was free to browse the net. I found this wonderful set of award-winning astronomical images on BBC. :

Upper Marlboro. There is no way I could afford DC!

It's 2/2 with a garage...exactly what I was looking for!

Thanks Irene! Things are finally looking up.

We got a continuance for the alimony hearing since he didn't file his paperwork with the courts.

Found some excellent buys at .99 store: Ophrah's wonderful pizza came in, Stevia, frozen artichoke hearts,
Sensodyne tooth paste and much more, total bill 10.54+ instead of 30.00+. Working better for me than doing a report....the best. Putting stuff away, and going to our strip mall to chat with neighbors, then home for a Sat. movie and lunch.

The inspection for the house was today. The major items were that the heat didn't come on and there was a water leak under the kitchen sink. Otherwise, the inspection went well. The minor items were loud vents and broken lights.

honny, you'd think before selling, they could fix lights, but I guess that's a small thing, still....

Went to my nephews wedding over the weekend. It was so much fun. Saw family I hadn't seen in ages, wonderful ceremony, the reception was great, good food, good memories, and lots of fun. Loved everything!
