I don't pay anything for my premium. Like all of us on social security, just the Part B premium is taken out of my social security payment. But I don't pay any other premium price. Not all Advantage plans have a $0 premium, but this one does!@gsfreeman2 wrote:

See, I have Aetna Medicare Advantage Plan, and they allow $1000.00/yr for ANY dental work.
Seems pretty common. My Delta Dental MN also only pays our 1k/year. With the cost of the premium it's almost just pre-paid dental services.

Yes, that may very well be true!! However.....last year, when I was with Cigna, they only offered $750.00 max in dental benefits. To me, I'm just thrilled that I have $1000 with Aetna this year! I'm grateful for what I got with this plan, for sure!@KathyG wrote:
Back in the late 90s-early 00s I worked for an insurance broker. For most of his clients the standard dental work payment was $1,000. Seems like it should be time for an increase.

Sorry to vent again. Went to work today to find out my coworker who is the only one who keeps my sanity at work is quitting. F***. I really need to redouble my efforts to find permanent employment in some field that relates to what I used to do in life when I owned a business with my parents. That and everything that is going on with my dad has me really feeling incapable and overwhelmed. I've been really feeling down and I don't know where to go or what to do.
Oh my, Honny! You sure had a warm house when you got home, I bet! Hope it was all OK!!@HonnyBrown wrote:
I had a late shopping day due to my car being in the shop for maintenance. While I waited, I made some snacks in the oven. Fast forward, I return home 6 hours later and I left my oven on. 400 degrees!

@SEA, do you mean by "locate the stove number" that you can't find the model number? Or a phone number for a supply store?? If model number, try googling the make and see if a photo comes up that will further lead you to a model number. If by number you mean phone number, if you have the oven make and model number, have you tried looking for one on Amazon?? Just an idea or two here. Hope you find one soon!@Shop-et-al wrote:
We should be so lucky. Our oven stopped working months ago, and we are trying to locate the stove number so we can get a new heating element.

As a moderate Trekkie I can't think of Earl Grey tea without thinking of Jean-Luc Picard (the Patrick Stewart character).
In the new Paramount+ reboot of Picard, they are in an alternate universe... he was served a cup of coffee to his utter distain.
