This is about one inch long, about as big around as a cribbage peg, and with a 1/8 inch suction cup as its head. It has its own, clear case. During the first experience, the tool worked well to pull the lenses to the outer corner of my eyes after I added lots of lens-friendly drops and lightly massaged each eye. The tool was not strong enough to suction the lenses from utterly dry eyeballs. This might not be the best approach with or without dry eyes? I will learn more as time passes and I try different types of lenses. My fingers swept the disposable lenses out of my eyes, and the lenses landed on the surface beneath my head. Mind you, these are disposable lenses and I do not give a fig where they land! I just want them out when my eyeballs say it's time for them to go!
This is more information than you asked for, but it might help you to determine whether it is worth a try for you, or not. For example, if you did not have enough solution, could you just wet the tip of the device and have success? (I do not know if this would work.)
The little tool cost less than $8 online. YMMV.

What kind of gadget is this?
I have had many soft contact lenses stuck in my eyes during allergy season. Luckily, I was able to flood my eyes with solution to remove them.

I recently purchased a tool that removes the contacts for me (so that there will be no more weekend trips to urgent care where someone reaches into my eyes and extracts the lenses).
