I did 25 a month, but with my driving problems, really slowed down, although things seem to have gotten better, just not much night driving, and I am lazy to the core....only go where I'm comfortable. The reports get me and remembering all of it...

Interesting perspective- that shoppers can be branded as 'lazy'. Why do you use that term?

Exactly! If the conditions aren't met, I widen my population. If one test doesn't work, I keep trying until I find one that does. How is that right? In differential equations, either it fits or it doesn't. That's math.

Honny,
The math in statistics and probability is straightforward. The tricky part is which math to apply to which problem, lol. So I do not think that we disagree.

Because when you reach 80, you'll understand...I think maybe select may be a better word, but maybe it's equal.
When I don't want to do something, I'm fortunate enough not to have to do it, and I think lazy is quite o.k., after a lifetime of not being so.....I'm not lazy when it's something I WANT to do..hope that answers your question, just a matter of wording.

Thanks. I wondered if it were an 'Inner Perfectionist' driven sort of thing. But it is actually a privilege and a freedom to choose. Very nice! smiling smiley

The word Perfectionist doesn't apply to me, my daughter yes, not me...I'm much easier on myself.

I used the word "lazy" in jest, since I still do significant routes in spite of my driving restrictions. No one "labeled" me as lazy.

Today was church, eyebrow threading, a walk around the pond and homework.

The Inner Perfectionist believes and clamors that I should have my head stuck in projects all day. The freer me suggests that today presents an opportunity to be in nature for hiking, sketching wee flowers, or just gazing upon clouds, critters, & open spaces. No one "branded" me, oh dear, your perception of words.

LOL. I went as far as posible into nature as I could go. It was not the right time for fishing, and the hubby wanted to come home and warch a movie. So now I am watching an X Files movie. All is well.

Today was a telework day because I had an offsite meeting. I also took my car in for an estimate on getting my AC replaced. I was driving over a bad road, and debris hit the condenser putting a hole in it. I can't do a like kind replacement myself because the entire bumper needs to come off. Luckily, it's covered under my insurance. Unluckily, I will be without a car for up to two weeks.

Bummer about the car, HonnyBrown. Does your insurance allow for a rental car?

Hubby and I are in CA babysitting 20-month old grandson while Son and DIL go to Connecticut for a wedding. I'm proud to say we successfully navigated our first bath time, bedtime ritual, morning wake up ritual, and daycare drop off. My ego was pumped when Grandson got clingy and didn't want me to leave him at the daycare facility :-)

It does if I pay $25 per month extra. That's not worth it to me considering how often I file claims. They did the estimate and told me my car would be ready on Saturday. Everything except for church is walking distance, so I'm happy I did not pay for the rental.

going to a family reunion in South Carolina this weekend. I'm looking forward to eating like a fat girl and being spoiled by family.

Very little. I have a sinus infection. I feel like a wet noodle with a bowling ball for a head. I have three prescriptions and will do self-care things for sinus. If all goes well, I will be breathing soon and.. well, what could be better than breathing... grinning smiley

@Shop-et-al..Sorry. Feel better. Have lots of soup with LOTS of garlic and ginger. That's what helps me every single time.

Yes, hope you feel better soon. In addition, you can add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the soup to help open your sinuses up a little bit.

It is killing me to read the desperate emails for bonuses shops and know I can’t do anything about it. I checked the boards for this area on Monday but didn’t see anything worth rearranging my schedule for.
