Jas yes, from my experience the Doc told me my numbers were high and I was pre-diabetic..I flipped out, started reading ingredients and really watched sugar intake. My numbers went down in 3 weeks, swelling down and that's what started me on this trip....will keep you posted, but you may want to take book out for yourself and hubby....knowledge never hurts....@JASFLALMT wrote:

The author (expert) says yes, sugar causes, diabetics, heart problems, high blood pressure all diseases even cancer, but only processed sugar...lot of info., I recommend you pick it up at the library, very involved.@JASFLALMT wrote:
