I picked up some crispy, boneless chicken wings that my local grocery store prepares every day. I will add General Tso's sauce and have some of those with homemade yellow rice and fresh steamed broccoli.

Last night we had ginger chicken , herb and butter rice and green beans . Tonight I am not sure something with hamburger if it unfroze by then or a pizza I win at Newcommer last week
Cooked a Pork Butt Roast in the crock pot with garlic and onions. Shredded and froze most of it for future meals.. Threw a vegetable and salad together and a little BBQ sauce for the pork.
Chicken breast, sweet potato fries baked in over drizzled with olive oil and tomato/mozzerilla cheese salad.

The best sandwich I have had in years and years and years.. and possibly the best ever! smiling smiley This was personal and not a shop, but a shop report would have shown rave reviews for every aspect of the visit.

My boyfriend brought me 5 lbs of hot Italian sausage from the butcher that's made without fennel (which I hate in the spice form) so I'm making a big batch of "gravy" to have tonight.

Shopping the South Jersey Shore
Something with spinach. Will decide about that later.

leftovers from yesterdays Bar-B-Q--hot dogs, cole slaw, bake beans, pasta salad, fruit pies
Homemade chicken enchilada pie, fat free re fried beans, guacamole. Enchilada pie is really just a stacked way of making enchiladas: layers of sauce, tortilla, filling, cheese, repeat until topping with a tortilla, sauce and cheese. A deep, round, cake pan works best. Top with foil and bake. Less work and fewer carbs per serving than rolled enchiladas. Freeze slices for future meals.

Fresh fruit is the best here, grown locally...picked up 3 pds. of peaches for 1.00. Having a burger for lunch (shop), so dinner will be homemade borscht and a parfait of fresh fruit with Greek yogurt.

That was easy! The boiled chicken and veggies from lunch became soup for dinner. Everything, except optional cream, was already there and awaiting a reconfiguration. There were no leftovers, so I did not have an opportunity to test my hypothesis: The blended flavors would have melded and been even tastier tomorrow. Maybe next time...So now I have to dream up something quick to prepare for tomorrow. I have merch which could take minutes or hours. Will I have minutes or hours to cook something wonderful?

I just made a ten minute dish, and pretty tasty....cup of packaged frozen cauliflower rice, green peas (micro) sauted chicken pieces in olive oil with mushrooms, add together and wala, dinner's ready.
