I just put a small corned beef brisket on the stove to simmer. Will add carrots and potatoes later. No cabbage this time.

Taking out a ham so it will be several meals made with different recipes and work sandwiches and breakfast. Ham is one meat I don't get tired of.
Changed mind from Blinze's to now making homemade Chicken soup with Matzo balls.....will have in an hour or so....can't wait.

Leftovers from lunch. Conveniently, lunch was a generous portion and home was exactly the right number of hours away from the restaurant. Odd, but tasty.

Chicken defrosting, but have groceries to do today, so may change mind, but as of this minute I'm thinking of making a bowl of Cauliflower rice, peas, and shredded chicken made in bone broth with LaBrea french bread.

Spanakopota sounds delicious. We went to Mission BBQ and had the pulled pork and baby back ribs.
It will be a festival of leftovers here. Making room in the fridge for a load of take-out from tomorrow's shop. $25 goes a looong way at Halal Guys.

I had 'Real Mex and a Reilly'. This was a fave restaurant's take-out burrito, consumed and enjoyed during an episode of Reilly: Ace of Spies.

Cooking chicken breast/black beans in crock pot (10 hours+), making a huge shredded chicken salad or burrito,
will have enough for three days.....
