Been preparing and eating big salads everyday, and staying away from meat, eggs, and oils. Not much to report. However, feeling a lot better. I know this sounds super strict, but it may be sustainable for me. My palette has changed, as I have been preparing for this. I'm targeting going vegetarian six days of the week. Going vegan is too hard, as cheeses have been one thing that's been keeping me somewhat sane in dressing up the salads.
However, had a cheat meal today that included eggs and chicken sausage, due to salads not being available at an event obligation.
