Chicken Piccata without capers, lemon risotto with peas and broccoli (so easy in the instapot), baked potatoes with sour cream, chives and butter just because it's a high carb night. Tate's cookies, Girl Scouts Dark Chocolate Peppermint pretzel and green tea for dessert.
Last night braised tofu in Thai chili sauce topped with scallions, jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. Tonight a garden salad with pizza, heros and calzone delivery. Tea and cinnamon swirl butter cake for dessert.

Home made pizza! Because I don't know how people can stomach the delivery pizzas. It's absolutely awful.
My ladies cooked with their Nonna today and had a great time. Big pot of sauce with turkey meatballs, Ziti, garlic bread, veggie antipasto, broccoli with EVOO and garlic, Tiramasu. Soooooo good.

Just wonderful, rye bread. After the crud, it was sweet to inhale the aroma for awhile and eventually eat it... Tomorrow will involve something substantial.

deconstructed stuffed peppers. All the good ingredients but rather than stuff whole peppers--everything is chopped up and cooked like chili.

Staying at a hotel where a dinner buffet comes with the stay...during the week. Tonight they served a yummy salad bar, fresh rolls, mashed potatoes, roast beef and a bunch of different beverages.

Grilled ribs, quail, and BBQ chicken, corn on the cob and salad. Quail was great. Even the cat went crazy. You would have thought it was catnip.
Wasn't really hungry, but were were at Costco...you know where this is headed...we tried the hot dog/soda deal and one slice of pepperoni pizza for the first time.
