Grilled pork chops, baked zucchini rounds, pinto beans. HEB has the best BBQ sauce than any homemade I have tasted. I like to dice 2 jalapenos and put in the sauce, slather it on the last 30 minutes of grilling until it caramelizes, turns out great.
Planned-over Mexican style shrimp casserole. It is tasty and the corm makes it a one-pot-meal, but I will bot be posting the recipe. The enchilada sauce in it completely hides the taste of the shrimp. In my mind (and my palette ) that makes it a waste of 3/4 of a pound of lovely shrimp.

Leftovers from yesterday's seafood boil. It was a fun, relaxing afternoon. Sipping wine, cracking crab legs and peeling shrimp, hanging outside with our daughter who came over.
I made a shrimp stir fry this morning. It came out very tasty considering the fact that I substituted Worcestershire sauce for the Oyster sauce. I will have the remainder for dinner.

Roasted chicken and roasted red skin potatoes plus sliced ripe tomatoes from the farm co-op. Left over chicken will be transformed to chicken crepes in a few days.
