Wasn't able to go to Vegas due to eye and dizziness problems, but having a nice day....all about food.
Tomorrow getting an amazing dessert at Mimi's for free.....not cooking until Tuesday.....

Dinner at our fabulous build your pizza which is now shopped.....Buffalo cheese, upgraded pizza, too good to be true, came home full and happy, also has a very nice reimbursement and fee.

Last night was slow cooker beef stew and French bread for sopping. I have been marinating boneless chicken thighs in Moroccan rub and olive oil for 24 hours. I will pan grill those and serve with couscous (left over), and a side of mixed fresh fruit (c antelope and pineapple). Tomorrow will be leftover stew and the following night ditto for the chicken.

We have guests coming over for dinner tonight. I'll make pasta with pesto and will buy some garlic bread.

My friend who lives across the street made us eggplant parmesan. It was so good. I appreciated it so much I went out and bought her fresh fruit. All I've eaten today is a sonic burger. I'd prefer 5 guys but would have to drive 30 miles for that. Of all the fast food around here I usually go to Sonic for the styrofoam cups and the superior ice. Also the tea is always fresh. It's a crap shoot everywhere else.

When I am on the left coast and craving sweet tea, Sonic is my go to.

Tonight is Navajo tacos for my mom's birthday. Chocolate birthday cake with peanut butter frosting for dessert.

I only post here so you guys can feel lucky. Tonight's dinner is Stouffers spaghetti with meat sauce and Pepperidge farms garlic toast. So, do ya feel lucky? Well, do ya?

I'm making bok choy salad and bean soup tonight.

Leftover chicken made into a salad and yogurt bar for dessert.....eating way too much lately, time to stop.
