Reason for visit: evaluate the cleanliness, service times, order accuracy, and food quality
provided by dining in

Approach the cash register and order to Dine In. Do not order To Go. Ask one question about the menu. Order your required entree. After ordering your entree, pause to give the order taker time to offer suggestions before adding any additional items. If the order taker asks if you would like anything else, that is when you should order any additional items you prefer. Note whether Cashier offered upsells or additional items. Pay for your meal. Once you have paid, note the time it takes to receive your order. Verify the accuracy and quality of your order. Check temperatures of your beverage and food purchases, along with freshness, and presentation. Stay in the location at least 7 minutes after receiving your food. Pay attention to if you are checked on by anyone after receiving your food. While you are in the restaurant, conduct a quick restroom check to verify cleanliness and supply stock. Keep your receipt to upload to your report.

A successfully completed shop pays $10 and reimburses up to $20.
