Service Performance Group Inc., (www.spgweb.com), a charter member of the Mystery Shopper Providers Association (MSPA) and headquartered in Alexandria VA is looking to recruit a person for a long term project to assist in an insurance web site analytics and ranking study conducted by our client. It is important that you anticipate keeping your account open for at least two years from the date of an agreement to work with SPG.

The client conducts an array of web site functionality and benchmark testing and publishes quarterly rankings of major insurance company websites within the US. They do automated testing of the accounts on a regular basis. It does not affect your account. Their analytics activity will track and measure a website’s performance as it is available to the insurance customer; how quickly pages open and /or redirect the user based on the query to name just several measured criteria. Beyond providing your account for this project you will have no other involvement.

It is important to note that there are no transactions or changes made to the account. Once an account has been made available to Service Performance Group via your login credentials you are done. You can login into your account anytime you choose. There are occasions where an account will ‘lock out’ meaning online access is not possible. In these instances, you will be contacted by a member of Service Performance Group and paid a fee to reset your login credentials. Again, there is no use of these accounts beyond website functionality testing. We encourage you to login to your account on a regular basis as you normally would.

Your involvement does require that you be easily reached in the event we need to contact you while the Project is underway. Our ideal candidate is someone who responds quickly to text messages and email as a backup and is readily accessible.

You will be paid an initial fee of $80.00 to deliver all online access requirements to Service Performance Group including: Username and Password, Challenge questions and answers, last 4 of social security. Each quarter thereafter you will be paid $30.00. In the event of a lockout and you are needed to re-establish online account access, you will be paid a fee.
