Shop Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ONLY
These locations will require you make either a PHONE CALL or WEB INQUIRY to the location and then visit onsite for a tour. If you have not received any responses after 24 business hours, proceed to the in-person Visit portion of your shop without an appointment. You should always be offered a tour of the property and of an apartment or model unit. If you are not offered a tour of the property, you should ask if you can see the apartment you’d be renting. If a business card is not proactively provided to you, request one before you leave. You will upload any marketing materials you receive to your shop.
The shop pays $40.00. SHOPS HAVE BONUS PAY DEPENDING ON TYPE OF SHOP.
