You are also encouraged (though not required) to order an appetizer and dessert. You’re specifically encouraged to order fajitas and
margaritas if available (though again, these are not required for the purposes of the
shop). Make observations on the staff, service, food and the restaurant appearance and
atmosphere. Obtain an itemized receipt
