Someone should greet you within 5 seconds of walking in. If not, approach the nearest associate.
Come ready with some sort of transactional need - cashing/depositing a check, balance inquiry, cash withdrawal/deposit, loan payment, etc.
You will be speaking with a teller.
While the transaction is happening, ask if there are any promotions going on or what our CD rates look like. You can also ask if you are in the best checking account for your needs, or anything else that will provoke product knowledge from teller associate.
Once you've obtained the information needed for your report, you may decline signing up and leave the location.
Take a picture of the exterior of the building and any brochures/business cards you receive after you leave. If you are not offered a brochure or business card, ask for one at the end of your visit.
These will be uploaded to your report.
