Check the cleanliness and organization of each department, and verify signage and product presentation.
Inspect Restrooms: Visit the restroom to assess cleanliness and supply levels.
Inspect Out-of-Stock Items: Take up to three pictures of any out-of-stock items and upload them.
Make a Small Purchase: At checkout, make a small purchase. Evaluate the cashier's appearance, friendliness, service efficiency, and whether they ask for a loyalty card or offer to sign you up for one.
Provide Detailed Feedback: Note your Departure Time and summarize your overall impressions of the store’s cleanliness and customer service. Rate your experience, document any suggestive selling or improper behavior, and provide detailed feedback on the customer service received from each associate.
