Go through the sales process and observe the customer service and experience. At the end of your visit, discreetly take a picture of the outside of the store. You will upload this as your proof of shop. Give your feedback on the experience when submitting your report. Wait 24 hours to see if you receive a follow-up email from the store and submit the follow-up section of your report.
