Please note shops may be conducted M-F 9-5.

A couple of things you must do on these shops:

1) You must do a test drive - please read full guidelines for instructions.

2) These are targeted shops. You must shop the specific sales person listed in your shop log and no one else. You will be calling ahead and making an appointment with the target, but do not at any time reveal that you are a shopper.

3) You must take a picture of the customer lounge (this will be verified that they are not pictures from the internet). Also, please make sure to name the picture as instructed in your guidelines or they will be returned! The full guidelines describe the exact pictures required.

4) You MUST make an appointment and call ahead the day of your appointment to confirm! Once you get to the dealership, if the salesperson tries to pass you off to another salesperson, do the shop and contact your scheduler after the shop is completed.
