These Hotel Audits are simple and can be done in a few easy steps!
1. Read the Shopper Guidelines and the Evaluation Form prior to your shop
2. Print the Authorization letter and Evaluation and present it to the front desk upon arrival!
3. Take the four (or five) required photos
4. Evaluate two rooms and provide their numbers!
5. Make all required observations and collect a business card from the manager.
THAT'S IT!!!
