PURPOSE: Our clients are interested in receiving observations on salesmanship, attentiveness, attitude, integrity, and teamwork. The purpose of the shop isn’t to trap the sales person but to ensure they are upholding the Company standards.
This shop can be done Monday through Thursday at any time except 1 hour of closing. You will need to call before going to check their hours.
You are required to upload a photo of the current promotion.
Make a copy or upload your purchase receipt before making the return as the sales person may request your receipt and not return it to you.
